A couple of weeks ago, I ordered some lipsticks from the Beauty B Cosmetics site and when they arrived I was surprised to see these two lil guys in my package too! Pleasantly surprised might I add. Who doesn't love unexpected free stuff?

Nail Art Foil
Something you might not know about me is I am obsessed with nails. I love me some pretty nails but I also really struggle to keep them that way for more than five minutes. By the time I get round to thinking, 'Oh! I should blog about these!', they're already chipped and ready for the next paint job. So from now on I'm going to make an effort to take some photos and share them with you before their inevitable demise.

Katy Perry Inspired Holiday Look | Makeup, Hair & Nails
Hey, you! Today's look is a 3 in 1. Makeup, hair & nails all inspired by Katy Perry's look at the 2013 AMAs. It's not supposed to be exact, but I just loved the whole old Hollywood glamour vibe and thought it would be a perfect holiday look. I hope you enjoy!
Make sure to hashtag #emmapickles if you recreate any of my looks because I love seeing your recreations!

Barry M Cappuccino Nail Paint

| Barry M Nail Paint (Shade: Cappuccino np341) |
At the moment I'm in love with Barry M's Nail Paint in Cappuccino. I usually just reach for black polish as it goes with everything, but this colour has fast become my new go-to. It's just so beautiful! It's like... a muted purple clay, or a purple-y mushroom colour.
If you're not familiar with Barry M Nail Paints then you should definitely check them out if you can. They're cheap but that doesn't reflect the quality of them at all. They definitely need a base and top coat to last, but the formula is lovely and opaque so you don't have too much waiting around for your nails to dry. Their normal Paints cost £2.99, which I guess explains why I end up buying one every time I go to Superdrug. Mehehe.
